DOHA 21st Century Leaders Awards Auction

Auction Conditions

1. The lots at the Auction shall be offered and sold by 21st Century Leaders (“21st Century Leaders”) on the basis of the description in the event programme provided by the supplier of the individual lots. 21st Century Leaders assume no risk, liability, or responsibility for any offering provided at the Auction.
2. All statements regarding Auction item valuations are based solely upon the representations of the supplier of the individual lot.
3. All offerings are sold with all faults, imperfections and errors of description and subject to any special terms and conditions detailed for the Auction item in the event programme. Illustrations or photographs in the event programme are for general identification only. Any amendments to the Auction items must be agreed in writing between the purchaser and the supplier of the individual lot.
4. Any changes to the limits and restrictions set forth in any description of any lot must be arranged through the supplier of the individual lot. Any statement made by 21st Century Leaders, or any person assisting at the Auction, as to any lot is a statement of opinion only and every person should rely on his/her own judgement as to all matters affecting the lot.
5. Any offering may be withdrawn by 21st Century Leaders before the start of the auction of that offering.
6. 21st Century Leaders reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder for any reason or no reason.
7. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. Each lot shall be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as the lot is transferred to the purchaser, but must be paid for in full before property in the item passes to the purchaser.
8. In the event of any dispute between the bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final authority to immediately determine the dispute or re-offer and re-sell the item in dispute or withdraw it.
9. If any dispute arises after the sale, 21st Century Leaders and sale records shall be conclusive in all respects.
10. The purchaser of each offering shall give his name and address and provide evidence of identity (if required). Payment shall be made by cash, cheque or Visa/ MasterCard credit card at the sale and prior to leaving the event.
11. Each lot will only be transferred upon receipt of payment in full. If any purchaser fails to pay in full before leaving the event, the lot may, at the discretion of 21st Century Leaders, be put up for auction again or sold privately
12. Auction merchandise that is capable of being collected may be picked up upon receipt of payment. Special arrangements should be made through 21st Century Leaders and in any event auction merchandise capable of collection must be picked up within 21 days of payment. Thereafter any storage charges incurred will be for the purchaser’s account. 21st Century Leaders accept no liability for loss or damage to any auction merchandise left in their possession following the Auction.
13. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognises and agrees that neither 21st Century Leaders, nor anyone who assists at this Auction, shall be responsible for errors of description or for the authenticity of any lot or for any misstatement as to the matters affecting any lot. Furthermore, neither does 21st Century Leaders make or give, nor has any person assisting at the Auction any authority to make or give, any representation or warranty in relation to any lot and any implied conditions and warranties are excluded. 21st Century Leaders shall have no liability whatsoever resulting from or arising out of or in connection with use of the Auctioned items and associated trips and/or services.
14. To the extent of any conflict between these conditions and any special terms applying to an Auction Prize as detailed in the event programme, the special terms will prevail over these conditions.
15. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force in Qatar. All transactions to which these conditions apply and all connected matters are also governed by the law in force in Qatar.

المزاد الخيري لجوائز قادة القرن الحادي والعشرين، الدوحة.

شروط المزاد :
1- سوف تعرض وتباع سلعة أو مجموعة سلع في المزاد بواسطة شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين(” قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين”) على أساس المواصفات المعطاة من قبل المزود. لن تتحمل شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أي مسئولية أو تبعية عن أي عرض مقدم في المزاد.

2- إن كافة التصريحات المتعلقة بتقييمات الصنف المعروض في المزاد تعتمد فقط على الخصائص المعطاة من المزود.

3- تباع كافة المعروضات بكافة العيوب والقصور وأخطاء الوصف كما أنها تخضع لأي شروط وأحكام خاصة واردة تفاصيلها عن الصنف المعروض في المزاد في برنامج المناسبة. الرسومات التوضيحية والصور الفوتوغرافية في برنامج المناسبة هي للدلالة العامة فقط. إن أي تعديلات على أصناف المزاد يجب أن يتم الاتفاق عليها خطياً بين المشتري والمزود.

4- إن أي تغييرات في القيود والحدود الموضحة في أي وصف لأي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع يجب ترتيبها من خلال المزود. إن أي تصريحات تدلي بها شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أو أي شخص يساعد في المزاد فيما يختص بأي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع إنما هي تعبير عن الرأي فقط وينبغي على أي شخص أن يعتمد على تقدير / تقديرها الشخصي فيما يختص بكافة المسائل المؤثرة على سلعة أو مجموعة سلع.

5- يجوز أن يُسحب أي عرض بواسطة شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين قبل بداية المزاد الخاص بذلك العرض.

6- تحتفظ شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين بالحق في رفض أي مزايدة مقدمة من أي مزايد لأي سبب من الأسباب أو حتى بدون سبب.

7- إن أعلى مزايد يعترف به مدير المزاد سوف يكون هو المشتري. إن كل سلعة أو مجموعة سلع سوف يتحمل المشتري مسئوليتها فور انتقال ملكية هذه السلعة أو مجموعة السلع إلى المشتري ولكن ينبغي أن يُدفع المقابل بالكامل قبل أن تنتقل ملكية الصنف إلى المشتري.

8- في حالة نشوب أي نزاع بين المزايدين ومدير المزاد فإن مدير المزاد لديه السلطة الكاملة بمفرده في الفصل في النزاع فوراً أو إعادة العرض أو إعادة بيع الصنف موضوع النزاع أو سحبه.

9- إذا نشأ أي نزاع بعد البيع فإن سجلات مبيعات شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين هي الحاسمة والنهائية في كافة النواحي.

10- على كل مشتري أن يدلي باسمه وعنوانه مع توفير بينة الهوية الشخصية ( إن كان ذلك مطلوباً ) ويتم الدفع نقداً أو بشيك أو بواسطة بطاقة ائتمان فيزا /ماستر كارد عند البيع وقبل مغادرة مكان المناسبة.

11- يتم تحويل ملكية كل سلعة أو مجموعة سلع فقط عند استلام الثمن بالكامل. إذا فشل المشتري في تسديد الثمن بالكامل قبل مغادرة مكان المناسبة فقد تعرض السلعة أو مجموعة سلع وفقاً للسلطة الاستنسابية العائدة شركة قادة القرن الحادي والعشرين في المزاد مرة أخرى أو تباع بشكل خاص.

12- مزاد  السلعة أو مجموعة السلع القابلة للتحصيل يمكن تسَلمها عند استلام الثمن. يجب القيام بالترتيبات الخاصة بذلك من خلال شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين وفي كافة الأحوال يجب استلام السلعة أو مجموعة سلع القابلة للتحصيل في خلال 21 يوماً من استلام الثمن.  ومن بعد ذلك فإن أي رسوم تخزين متكبده سوف تكون على حساب المشتري. لن تتحمل شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أي مسئولية عن الخسارة أو التلف الذي يلحق بأي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع مباعة في المزاد تركت بحوزتهما بعد انتهاء عملية المزاد.

13- بالمشاركة في هذا المزاد يعترف كل مزايد ويوافق على أن شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أو أي شخص ما يساعد في هذا المزاد لن يكونوا مسئولين عن أخطاء الوصف أو عن مصداقية أي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع أو عن أي بيان خاطئ يؤثر على أي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع. لن تعطي شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أو أي شخص يساعد في المزاد أي ضمان أو تعهد فيما يتعلق بأي سلعة أو مجموعة سلع كما أن أي شروط وتعهدات ضمنية هي مستبعدة وبحكم غير الموجودة. لن تتحمل شركة قادة القرن الواحد والعشرين أي مسئولية مهما تكن ناشئة عن أو متعلقة أو مرتبطة باستخدام الأصناف المعروضة في المزاد وما يرتبط بها من رحلات و/أو خدمات.

14- إلى المدى الذي يظهر فيه أي تعارض بين هذه الشروط والأحكام وأي شروط خاصة تطبق على جائزة في المزاد حسب التفاصيل الواردة في برنامج المناسبة فإن الشروط الخاصة سوف تكون هي السائدة على هذه الشروط.

15- تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً للقوانين السائدة في دولة قطر . إن كافة الصفقات التي تطبق عليها هذه الشروط وكافة المسائل المرتبطة بها سوف تخضع أيضاً للقوانين السائدة في دولة قطر.
